The morning starts with a select breakfast buffet. For lunch and dinner there are 5 carefully designed set meals to choose from that are never repeated during your stay. But you always have a selection of à la carte specialities as well.
Chef Manfred Hör and his crew insist on produce fresh from the market, ensure sophisticated creations and unashamed culinary delights. The imaginative composition of our dietary fare keeps boredom at bay, too, and our food contains no glutamates or other artificial flavour enhancers.
Regular gourmet evenings and festive gala dinners are the highlights of your stay: the evening begins with a select dinner and can end at the fireplace with a piano sonata and a glass of champagne.
